Christina brings a rare and essential balance to GGU — the integration of wellness, mindset, discipline, and nervous-system transformation to support women during the demanding journey into real estate.
Christina is:
- A 500-hour E-RYT yoga educator
- Certified Ayurvedic Health Consultant
- CDC NDPP Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Facilitator
- A global teacher known for blending science, tradition, and inclusive wellness

Her leadership includes:

- Advocacy for accessible movement & trauma-sensitive wellness
